We prefer artwork that is print-ready, such as a vectored eps file (adobe illustrator) or a psd (photoshop) file with 300 dpi or greater resolution. If you only have artwork in jpeg, png, or other formats, please contact us and our design team will do our best to help you out.

If you are looking to re-order a screen printing or embroidery job using the same artwork used in your previously placed order, the setup or digitizing charges will be waived. In this case follow the following steps:

You have many options to place your order. It all depends on the quantity and the complexity of the look you are trying to achieve.

For small batches (less than 100) with simple printing or embroidery

For volume ( more than 100) or more complex orders with more sophisticated printing, embroidery, and/or finishing techniques:

We then take that information and create a computerized proof for you and have a formal work order created. Once that is all confirmed we begin our standard 7 to 10-business days turnaround time in order to complete your order.

Once you submit your order online you will be assigned to a dedicated Client Service Representative who will be in contact with you. Your CSR will provide you with a digital proof and will be able to assist you with any order detail changes. Once we receive your final approval your order will move into production. Your credit card will not be charged for your order until your proof and artwork has been approved.

Pricing is based on the style of the garment you are looking to order, the quantity and whether you want screen printing, embroidery, direct to garment print or sublimation.

  • Screen printing pricing is based on the number of print locations (Front, Back, Sleeves) and the number of colors you want printed per location.
  • DTG pricing is based on the size of your artwork.
  • Sublimation Pricing is based on the printing locations (Front, Back).
  • Embroidery pricing is based on the number of embroidery locations (chest, Yoke, Sleeves).

Turn around time on all blank garments printing and embroidery orders is 7 to 10 business days after the digital proof has been approved. RUSH orders are available. If you have a deadline that needs to be met, just let us know and we’ll do everything in our power to meet your deadline.

Can I order my design using multiple t-shirt colours, styles, and sizes?2016-06-08T04:31:39+04:00

When customizing, you are adding one design to only one garment style and one color. If you want to order the same style with different colors, you can simply select the same style, add your design to the desired color(s) separately, then add them to your cart for check out. You can always select your assortment as required.

Is there a discount if my t-shirt order becomes larger?2016-06-08T04:20:04+04:00

Yes as your order volume increases, your t-shirt printing unit cost will decrease. Please contact us for a quote and we can give you pricing options on various quantities, so you can see how ordering more will save you money.

What is the minimum quantity required to order?2016-06-08T04:12:23+04:00

The minimum quantity can vary depending on the garment being ordered and the required garment decoration(s) type. This information is available on the design page.

  • For Screen Printing, a minimum order of 12 is required to compensate the one time setup fee of 165.00 AED. This fee will cover developing the printing screens.
  • For Direct to Garment & Sublimation, there are no minimum.
  • For Embroidery, a minimum order of 12 is required to compensate the one time setup fee of 165.00 AED. This fee will cover digitizing your artwork.
